Your domain is active and functioning normally. Your website and emails are fully operational.
The domain registration is pending validation by the ANRT. Documents may be required to finalize it.
The domain has been suspended by the ANRT, usually due to missing or invalid holder documents. DNS is disabled.

For individuals, this is a CIN. For Moroccan companies, a Trade Register (Modèle 7). For foreigners, a passport or certificate of incorporation.
Contact your Registrar
You must send these exact documents to us, your domain name provider. Only we can forward them to the ANRT.

Once submitted, the ANRT usually reviews and lifts the serverHold suspension within 2 to 4 business days.
