First check WHOIS on mawhois.com. If the status shows serverHold, the domain is suspended by ANRT, not your host. Changing DNS or hosting will not fix it. Contact us, your domain name provider, and submit the required holder documents.
How long to reactivate a suspended .ma?
Once compliant documents are submitted, ANRT generally lifts serverHold within a few business days. Timing depends on file completeness and consistency between the WHOIS name and the documents. Act the day you discover the suspension to limit service interruption.
Can a suspended .ma be permanently deleted?
Yes. If the holder file is not regularised after suspension, ANRT may permanently delete the domain name. The .ma then becomes available for registration again. Do not delay action once serverHold appears.
