Do the listed prices include VAT?
The primary prices listed are exclusive of taxes (HT). A standard 20% Moroccan Value-Added Tax (TTC) will be automatically calculated and applied during the checkout process.
How much does it cost to transfer a .ma domain?
Transferring a .ma domain is completely free (0 DH HT) if you do not include a renewal. This allows you to migrate your domain to us at no cost, keeping its existing expiration date.
Can I pay extra for WHOIS Privacy Protection?
Under official ANRT regulations, proxy masking is not permitted for .ma domains. Individual registrants are automatically protected by Moroccan Privacy Law 09-08, while corporate information remains public.
Are there penalty fees if my domain expires?
If your domain expires, it enters a standard 30-day grace period. During this window, you can renew it at the standard 150 DH renewal rate without any late payment penalties before it enters redemption.
What is the activation time for a .ma domain?
In most cases, your domain is activated immediately upon successful payment. Registrations that trigger a regulatory compliance verification by the ANRT typically complete within 24 to 48 business hours.
Can a domain be canceled or modified after purchase?
Once a .ma domain is officially registered, the action is final and irreversible. It cannot be canceled for a refund, nor can the spelling be modified. Always verify your spelling prior to completing checkout.
What is the maximum registration period?
You can register your .ma domain for a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 5 years at a time. Multi-year booking locks in your price and guarantees uninterrupted digital ownership.
