• Failure to verify your identity within the timeframe specified by the ANRT may result in your domain being placed on serverHold or deleted.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that the domain name you choose does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties.

3. User Account and Security

4. Pricing and Renewals

All prices for domain registrations and renewals are clearly stated on our pricing page. Taxes (HT/TTC) will be applied based on your location and billing details. Domains must be renewed prior to their expiration date to avoid suspension. We are not responsible for any lost domains due to failure to renew on time.

Ma-Domain.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our services.
